Delivery to the UK is only £2.99 per order (excluding Pink Number Plates, which are currently free delivery when ordered alone). We will process your order within 24 hours, but to allow for packing and delivery we advise you allow 7-10 working days in addition to allowing for bank holidays. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Some larger and more valuable orders may require you to be in to sign for. Therefore, you may prefer to specify an alternative delivery address when you place your order. If your order is returned to us having attempted to be delivered, you may be charged for redelivery.

Please check all details submitted with your order carefully, as we cannot correct your delivery address once your order has been dispatched. 

Returns:

With the exception of Number Plates, which are made to order and personalised with your details, you may return any product to us within 14 days of delivery as long as it is in a re-sellable condition, packaged as new with all original parts and instructions. Prior to returning your order, please email us for a returns authorisation code and confirmation of the correct address to post your return to. Please note you are responsible for the cost of return postage on unwanted products. Once your return has been received and examined, we will refund your payment method within 30 days, less your original delivery charges.

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please inform us within 48 hours so we can arrange for a replacement to be posted as soon as possible at no expense to yourself. If you are asked to post your damaged or incorrect item back, we will ensure you are fully refunded for the cost in doing so.
