All accessories on our website are offered subject to availability. 

Universal fitting accessories are designed to fit most vehicles. We do not guarantee if, or how well they may fit your specific model. You should assume that some modification to your car, or the accessory may be required (although rarely needed).

You are responsible for accepting the delivery of your order. If you are not able to accept the parcel at the address you gave when ordering, then you may be required to collect your parcel from a local delivery depot. If you fail to do so, the parcel may be returned to our supplier, and re-delivery charged at the usual rate.

With the exception of show / number plates which are made to order and customised with your details, you have up to 14 days to return any accessory you are not satisfied with. To do so, please email us first for a Returns Authorisation Code and the correct address to post your return to. All returns must be received packaged 'as new' with all original packaging and instructions etc. Subject to inspection, we will then refund your purchase, less original delivery cost within 30 days. 

Any exchanges (eg returning one product for an alternative) will be subject to the usual delivery fee.

Please remember, when returning any item to us; you should ensure the parcel is suitably wrapped and labeled. Enclose your name, address and order reference etc. so we can easily match it to your original order and payment. For your peace of mind, we advise you use a method of postage that offers you proof of delivery.

If any product arrives incorrect or damaged, please let us know as quickly as possible. We can then arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Please note that the number plates offered on this website are classed as 'show plates' and officially supplied for 'off road' use only. We recommend you retain your original number plate for future use.

We will not be held liable for any action resulting from the miss-use of any product sold on this website.
